In his role as CEO, Jim Perry directs the strategic direction and shapes the vision for viaPeople. With 25 years of experience in various executive positions, Jim founded viaPeople in early 2002. Just prior, he served as the CEO of Performaworks, where he grew the company from a start up venture of 4 clients and $300,000 in revenue to 65 customers and $12 million in revenues in under two years.
Leah Groehler, Ph.D., Vice President, Consulting Services
One of the founding members of viaPeople, Dr. Leah Groehler leads a team of Industrial Organizational Psychologists who ensure viaPeople’s HR software maintains the current standards of “best practices” and all products and services are implemented successfully to fulfill every objective at hand.
Brian Gould, Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer, Brian Gould brings over 25 years of technological expertise to viaPeople. He and his team of professional developers and technical support staff partner with our Industrial Organizational Psychologists developing HR Software solutions that are easy to use, reliable and flexible.
Artur M. Gazdowski, Vice President, Operations and Customer Service
One of the founding members of viaPeople, Artur Gazdowski directs all of the company’s back office activities, ensuring an unparalleled level of customer support for all users of viaPeople HR Software tools. Mr. Gazdowski has developed a self-service customer support model that enables viaPeople clients to manage their software independently through the use of powerful reporting and administrative tools.
