Jackie Caruso, M.A., Consultant
Jackie Caruso uses her extensive experience in the development of competency models, employee opinion surveys, and leadership development programs to direct the successful implementation of viaPeople solutions.
As a consultant, she serves as an advisor by helping clients incorporate innovative methods and best practices into their employee performance management, 360 degree feedback, and succession planning programs.
Prior to joining the consulting team at viaPeople, Ms. Caruso worked with organizations in a variety of industries as a consultant and client project manager. At Wonderlic, Inc. she served as a consultant specializing in the implementation of employee selection tools, such as employee assessments, structured behavioral interviews, as well as custom assessment solutions for clients including Randstad North America and Pathmark.
Ms. Caruso is a member of Chicago Industrial/Organizational Psychologists, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and American Psychological Association. She serves on the graduate faculty at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Ms. Caruso holds a Masters of Arts in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and a Bachelors of Science in Business Management from Elmhurst College.
